Khan sir was born in 1992 into a simple family in the Gorakhpur district of Uttar Pradesh, India. He witnessed poverty early in his childhood, which created numerous difficulties in his studies. He gained the habit of working hard as a result of his poverty.

His father was a military naval officer, and his mother was a housewife. His elder brother is also in the army.

He said his only dream in life was to become an army officer. So he took admission in NDA, and there he passed, but unfortunately he didn’t get selected due to the angle (curved) of his hand. He broke down due to his non-selection.

His parents inspire him to think that even if he cannot serve the country as a military officer, there are numerous other ways he can help the people. After his parents convinced him, he continued his studies.

He was a member of the student union in college and he ended up in jail several times.

Khan Sir has gained popularity since 2019. In 2019, there was a lockdown in India due to the global epidemic, and hence no one was able to attend class. He had to return to his village due to the lockdown, so he decided to teach students online.

Then he came to social media, he opened a YouTube channel and named the channel as Khan GS Research Centre. Through that channel, he became very popular among students.
